John Steenhuisen on the DA’s strategy to rescue South Africa
John Steenhuisen is the leader of the official opposition in the National Assembly, having served as the Federal Leader of the Democratic Alliance since his election in 2020 and re-election in 2023.
His political career spans over two decades, having previously served as Chief Whip in Parliament, leader of the DA caucus in the KwaZulu-Natal legislature, and DA member of the Executive Committee for the Durban City Council, where he served as one of the youngest councillors in the city’s history, elected at the age of 22.
Steenhuisen will address the Cape Town Press Club on the importance of the upcoming General Election and the DA’s strategy “to rescue South Africa”.
