Helen Zille – Why South Africa won’t survive America’s culture wars

Chairperson of the Democratic Alliance’s Federal Council, former Premier of the Western Cape and former Mayor of Cape Town Helen Zille will address the Cape Town Press Club on “Why South Africa won’t survive America’s culture wars”.

Zille says a growing number of South Africans find themselves targeted and labelled daily, and hounded out of society for expressing opinions that just a few years ago were considered common sense. In her latest book, ‘Stay Woke Go Broke’, she proposes that the woke Left constitutes a greater threat to our country’s future than the populist Right.

Zille will be in conversation with Professor David Benatar and will take questions.
