Alan Winde and Cameron Dugmore on devolving greater powers to provinces

Alan  Winde is the 8th and current Premier of the Western Cape, having held the position since 2019. He has been a Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament since 1999. Winde is a member of the Democratic Alliance.

Cameron Dugmore is the Leader of the Opposition in the Western Cape Provincial Parliament. A member of the African National Congress, he has been serving as a Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament since 2014.

Winde and Dugmore will be in conversation and will discuss whether greater powers should be devolved to the provinces.
