Constitutional activist Lawson Naidoo @ Dakar Room, 6 Spin Street Restaurant [ LUNCH ]

Lawson Naidoo is no stranger to activist politics. For years he was right hand man to Speaker of the National Assembly Frene Ginwala. He is a leading light in the Council of the Advancement of the Constitution (Casac), which aims to keep our politicians accountable to the constitution.

Lawson will focus on the Motion of No Confidence, which is expected to be held on 8 August subject to the secrecy matter being cleared up. He will discuss the possible outcomes of the motion and reflect on parliamentary accountability.

He will take questions.
